Ich wurde von der KTA zum 2ten Tourstop der Asien-Tour in Hongkong eingeladen und nahm fort als professioneller Kiter und Judge an dem Event teil. Der Contest war ein voller Erfolg und neben den guten Kitesessions stand noch viel Spass mit Locals am Programm. Nach dem Event in Hong Kong flog ich nach Taiwan, um dieses aussergewöhnliche Land zu bereisen und dort kiten zu gehen. Die Bedingungen zum Kiten, und das Land und deren Leute sind echt unglaublich. Alles in allem war es sicher ein gelungener Trip. Man lernt neue Leute kennen, die die gleiche Leidenschaft teilen und eine andere Kultur, die zu unserer komplett anders ist!

I got invited by the KTA to participate at the 2nd tourstop of the Asian Tour in Honkong as a former professional competitor, but also as a professional judge. The event was great, and aside from some nice kiting I was also able to hold some small camps and clinics to work with the local riders. Afterwards I flew to Taiwan to visit this amazing country as the first prokitesurfer ever. It was really cool to meet the locals and get to ride in those great conditions. The whole experience was unforgetable, getting to make new friends, that share the same passion, even though their culture and social background is completely different!
